The Panhandle Learning Institute offers learning opportunities in two formats. Besides offering many INFORMAL LEARNING sessions on every conceivable topic, the Institute also offers CONTINUING EDUCATION conferences and workshops specifically for psychologists, but those in related fields are more than welcome to attend. If you have suggestions for topics or speakers for either learning format, we want to hear from you. Attending a session is the best way to participate in the informal learning area. If you are a psychologist who needs CE credits, or who wishes to present a session, please contact us with your needs or suggestions. See details below for further information on both departments:

CONTINUING EDUCATION

If you are a psychologist, or someone in a related field, please let us know the specific areas, or specific topics, for which you need Continuing Education credit. We are also seeking instructors qualified to present Continuing Educations activities for psychologists.

INFORMAL LEARNING

The goal of the Informal Learning department of the Panhandle Learning Institute is to offer as many quality general interest and personal development classes, seminars, or workshops as possible -- on as many topics as possible -- in the Pensacola Gulf Coast area.

The general policy of the Panhandle Learning Institute is to offer each of its seminars or workshops on at least two separate dates so that you can choose the date that fits most conveniently into your schedule. For further details, please contact Linda at 850-206-4608.

The registration fee for most general interest classes, seminars, or workshops will be $15 for a typical one and one-half hour session. This reflects the general fee structure of $5 for each half-hour of instruction.
